Manuele Civa has been interested in wood processing since he was a child. He studied under the guidance of Luca Bellini and Massimo Ardoli. After graduation he worked in Stefano Conia’s workshop where he extended his capabilities and his style improving his knowledge in varnish and restoration process. Since 2009, he started making violin in Stefano Conia’s workshop, becoming part of the group “Corso Garibaldi 95″. His instruments are completely handmade with particular attention to the details to guarantee good quality and acoustic efficiency. In 2010, he became member of A.L.I (“group of professional violinmakers”) and of Consorzio Liutai “Antonio Stradivari” Cremona.
In the 2020 model, which was made on a Guarneri model. Violin has sweet tone and firm qualities. We believe Civa will be the most sought after maker in the years to come.
