A Prague Luthier crafted this interesting old violin in 1880. Its individual aesthetics reveal fine Italian influences, which are expressed especially in the choice of wood, the stylishly carved scroll and the accentuated cove. Good craftsmanship is demonstrated by the two-piece maple back with its narrow, fdine flames, and the concisely crafted purfling. This old violin has good sound that is in excellent playing condition. Its sound clean,warn and rich in overtones.
